The founding product hire at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building AI-powered tools for legal professionals. Built the product function and AI capability from scratch, shaped the roadmap from direct user research, and coordinated delivery across engineering and operations as the platform grew to commercial scale.

Senior analyst at a major UK insurance platform, managing partner integration programmes across brokers, insurers and price comparison channels. Took over an underperforming delivery function and turned it around while running a concurrent pipeline of integration programmes.
- Took over an underperforming delivery function and cut the open defect backlog by more than 80% within 3 months — moving from worst to best-performing team in the organisation
- Led multiple partner integration programmes end-to-end, from requirements workshops and stakeholder sign-off through to UAT governance and go-live
- Drove a significant uplift in bound policy volume through an aggregator channel redesign across major price comparison platforms
- Mentored junior analysts through the analyst pathway and ran regular technical training sessions for new joiners across the company
